VDR-X261P GLASS STRAIGHT-LINE BEVELLING MACHINE is a new model with multi functional and good performance developed by Glasfull exclusively on the basis of absorbing the advanced technology of the glass straight-line beveling machine from home and abroad in nineties. It can meet customers’ requirements of top grade, super function and high quality glass bevel to market those of imported.

The machine adopts box beam construction, which fore and back beams use inlaying quenched hard steel guide, more than three times as the use period of normal one. The machine uses chain transmissions,, reducing pulling force and making transmission steadily. The front beam has synchronous up-and-down construction, extending the range of the bevel width of processing glass. The different frequency-changing speed of main transmission is decrease by gear and worm gear, adjusting speed range bigger than similar one, easy to operate and reliable. Spindles are special high-precision ABB motors. The design is more reasonable and the result is more ideal. In addition, it is installed with PLC system, which can adjust each beam’s position and wheel’s angle according to input relative number. Furthermore it has good protection device, reasonable lubricating system and perfect appearance.

VDR-X261P  GLASS STRAIGHT-LINE BEVELLING MACHINE is applicable to beveling various width glasses. It’s the bigger beveling width machine in the glass straight-line beveling machine. Normally the beveling width of this machine is 30mm, even can do 40mm in the special requirement. The minimum working glass dimension is 30X30mm (beveling width is 5-8mm) through by lift the front beam to the lowest place. The machine can also process the bottom side. Rough/fine grinding and polishing can be finished in one single passage. The surface of processed glass can reach the        degree of normal mirror. The cross line among bevels is straight and divides every angle averagely. (One angle is not symmetrical completely.) This machine is suitable to process high quality requirement products.
